Flybe aren't in the best of states as we can all see., but things aren't getting better down at SOU!!!
They have pulled out of 2 permanent routes, to LBA and to HAM from SOU, and out of 3 routes in the summer - which of I can only remember Barcelona. Not only that, that means they are cutting 17 jobs at SOU alone, and pulling out of Gatwick will get rid of just a few more.
They have confirmed that they are shutting their hubs at: Jersey, Guernsey, Inverness, Newcastle and Isle of Man..not to mention LGW.
Just to top it off, they are starting to give back some of their DH8D aircraft to Brussles Airlines - I suppose atleast they won't have to pay for the lease-age. But how will they get their money back without buying new aircraft..with money they haven't got..
