QFA864 returning to SYD with sick crew member

Overheard on the scanner (Brisbane Centre 132.35) this afternoon this aircraft advising ATC of it's return to SYD/YSSY with a sick crew member;

Pilot has requested to be met by the 'Fire Brigade' (Airport Fire Service) on arrival but no emergency declared or priority required and had a completely calm and professional manner throughout.

The flight never even got as far as Newcastle;
