Odd blocked flight

Wonder if anyone can enlighten me to this odd flight!

Blocked callsign
Departed from Washington DC, went to Fayetteville airport then Washington Dalles, stopped off at Glasgow Airport and is now heading south. During it's time at GLA no other flights landed or departed and there was a larger than usual gap in the boards
