If you have questions about YOUR feed, YOUR account, YOUR problem you wan't probably get an answer on the forum, but you should contact support@fr24.com
Support is answering tickets as fast as possible, which in most cases means 24-72 hours. We are not delaying any answers but for several reasons an answer may take more time sometimes.
