There seems to be a problem with radars around Heathrow, and has been happening for the last few days.
Planes are randomly jumping back in their approach after landing, and data in the flight information panel especially altitude is erroneous (30000+). The planes then move forward through the runway and continue, before disappearing.
BAW399 is one of the flights that did this.
Planes are currently landing on 09L, and after landing are turning northwards, which would put them onto the Northern Perimeter Road!
