Some Important Questions about FR24. Premium Alerts, Aircraft Visibility & Blue Dots?

Hello, Guys!

Here are some questions about FR24.

First is Premium Alerts Delay:

I've set Premium Alerts on FR24 but alerts come to email after when Aircraft minimum goes upto 20,000ft. Why not FR24 sends us Alerts when Aircraft reaches at 3,000ft or 2,000ft or at taxiing??

Second, Aircraft Delay Visibility at some Airports:

At some Airports, Aircraft gets visible only when it goes so away from Airport minimum at 11,000ft. What's the reason of this? In below picture you can see Example at Faisalabad International Airport. What do we need to do so that Faisalabad Airport also show Aircraft at Runway taxiing from 22Knots and visible before flying?




In some Airport, FR24 shows Aircraft from Taxiing from 22knots and tell every thing like Runway name and side etc.. See Karachi Airport at Image. What special at this Airport which shows us Aircraft from 22Knots?



Third Blue Icons on Airport:

Some Airport have Blue Icons on them and some have not and Faisalabad Airport hasn't too. What's the reason of this? What should Faisalabad people need to do to have a blue Icon on this?
