3D view has stopped working.

I am on XP SP3.

I am on the free version of FR24 and the 3D map fails to load. I get the thumbnail map bottom right and that's all.
It has worked for years until some weeks ago.
Works OK on my Android paid for apps. on Nexus and Samsung.
Has something changed?
