Port for raspi web util

What port is the raspi web util on? I can see there's a public_html folder in the /usr/lib/fr24/ folder so I'm assuming it works.

A little back-info, I did try port 8754 but that didn't work.

I am using DietPi on an XU3-Lite Odroid BTW.
