Strange Turn

My mum took this Photo at 14:28 UTC
at this Location
48°50'34.2"N 10°22'41.9"E

But i cant find any matching Plane on the Radar, and there is no big airport nearby were the plane could fly Holding Patterns

Can you help me in anyway or exlpain why an aircraft is turning around and is not visible on the radar ?
