UNABLE TO USE REAL USERNAME

Hi at 2143 BST on Thursday 2nd May 2013.

Can anybody help please.

In CHAT my username won't let me sign-in. pingu70EGCC. I have tried all combinations of my passwords and e-mail addresses all to no effect to get a new username. I get messages like username already in use and you have entered incorrect data. But I have managed to get in as davidpingu70EGCC using my wife's (Mrspingu70EGCC) e-mail address but I would like pingu70EGCC back please. My FORUM name is still the same pingu70@EGCC.
