Hi all,

On friday I dig out my DVB-T RTL USB stick and started ADS-B reception. I am currently feeding FR24 since Friday using dump1090 and the Linux feeding software.
My home location is located near LFST (32km) in France. My office is located near EDSB (8km) in Germany. I can see the planes landing/taking off from my Window
I might be able to feed FR24 during office times, is it possible to use the same ID and sharing key to feed from different locations?

Hello there

I don't know whether this has been mentioned before but I think it would be great if you could select a map on flightradar24 with airspace lines, just like a real radar screen.

I've just drawn an example out for the centre of the UK to get an idea of what I was thinking, I've circled where Birmingham and East Midlands airports are:

Hagfors flygplats, Avies och MLAT.

Hej.

Då jag bor 1-2 kilometer från Hagfors flygplats och har planen nästan ovanför mig är de kommer in/går upp så blev jag nyfiken på att kolla upp trafiken som Avies kör mellan Torsby, Hagfors och Arlanda men trots att jag körde igenom playbacken flertalet gånger då det borde ha funnits plan på rutten så kunde jag inte hitta något. :confused:
Efter lite mer sökande så hittade jag plötsligt detta http://www.flightradar24.com/2013-09.../59.91,15.5/11 där man efter några sekunder kan se AIA205C som verkar ha rätt rikting från Hagfors till Arlanda, på Avies hemsida ser jag att flighten heter U32053 vilket kan stämma med 205C (C är då 3), under radar ser man ju också "T-MLAT" vilket borde betyda att planet inte har en ADS-B transponder och det har snappats upp av 4 stationer?
Dock ser jag en skillnad, FR24 rapporterar planet som BAe Jetstream 31 medans Avies skriver om Avies BAe Jetstream 32 på sin hemsida.

Vad tror ni som har mer erfarenhet om det här, kan det vara planet mellan Hagfors och Arlanda som jag sett eller är det något helt annat?

The Dutch soccerteam has to play versus Estonia (Friday Sep 6) and Andorra (Tuesday Sep 10).
They just left Amsterdam Schiphol Airport with flight JTG 843 to Tallinn and will arrive around 14:50 local time.

On Saturday Sep 7 they leave Tallinn (10:30) and fly to Barcelona.
With the bus to Andorra for the game on Tuesday.

On Wednesday Sep 11 the team comes back: departuretime Barcelona 11:30.

Hej ! trevligt det hät med radar 24 :)

Men har ett litet problem när jag använder Google Chrome ... Det går ej att klicka på planen,dom blir röda när man för muspekaren över dom men inget händer när man ska klicka på dom.. alltså när man får upp info om rutt osv ! Vad kan det vara för fel tror ni ??

flightradar24 free equipment's and commissioning video

I had recently received the free equipment's from flightradar24 as there was no feeds being provided in and around North Bengal, and the equipment's were approved by them and it was sent to me and i did a small video about the equipment's they had sent to me. After the commissioning of the device i was able to log planes as far as more than 400 Kms away. I was really surprised as the antenna was really powerful to receive those signals. But the height at which i had placed the antenna is also good.(around 60 foots with no obstacles in between)
I had actually two videos to let the members see
(i) Unpacking the free equipment's and
(ii) Commissioning of the flightradar24 but i was able to only post one video, but you can get the link from my first video therefore kindly see the second video also.

Cosmetic Design Flaws in New Forum

The midnight forum changeover wasn't plug and play but still needs some cosmetic work. It doesn't look pretty in Chrome and the flaws hide the login box until you click all over the header to expose it. It isn't obvious that you have to press Enter to finish login from the password box.

The links on the right hand side are partially covered by the menu and the whole header assembly extends into the post area.

The header for posting sorting is white type on a light blue background making them almost indistinguishable.

Since not wanting to be accused of nonsense, pictures are provided below.

Most web designers will test stuff before springing it on the world.

Hi,
I love flightradar24, but I'm having a problem with the windows website Live Flight Tracker!
If I scoll the map it keeps zooming in for some strange reason?
I've re-booted the PC, but it still is acting up?
Any Ideas?

Witajcie
Mam pytania związane z feed. Uruchomiłem odbiornik na RTL2832 wraz z Raspberry, udostępnianie danych idzie bez problemu ale:
1. Na jakiej zasadzie FR24 pokazuje radar z którego pochodzą dane o konkretnym samolocie. Podejrzewam że kto pierwszy ten lepszy więc dochodzi do sytuacji że nad głową przelatuje mi samolot (mieszkam w centralnej Polsce) a wyświetla się informacja o odbiorniku z Krakowa.
2. Jaki ruch generuję na łączu internetowym (mam LTE z limitem) Oczywiście jest to zależne od natężenia ruchu ale ile tak mniej więcej w warunkach polskich.
3. Podczas rejestracji przydzielono mnie do EPBY bo geograficznie jestem najbliżej tego portu. Jednak mieszkam w lini Poznań - Warszawa tak prawie po środku w okolicy Konina więc jakoś mi bliżej (mentalnie) do Poznania a i taka lokalizacja jest bardziej "uczciwa" (najbliżej mam do EPPW ale wojskowe się nie liczą)
Czy jest możliwość zmiany "znaku" zachowując to samo konto użytkownika?

W związku z dwoma pierwszymi pytaniami skonfigurowałem odbiornik tak że uruchamia udostępnianie danych o godzinie 00:05 a kończy 07:55. Raz w nocy nawet udało mi się zobaczyć swój odbiornik na głównej stronie ale skoro generalnie nie jestem potrzebny to po co tracić transfer niech chodzi tylko w nocy.

Jeśli nikt z was nie zna odpowiedzi na moje pytania proszę je zadać w moim imieniu na forum ogólnym. Niestety mój angielski brzmi : ja, chcieć ma pytanie... więc nie chcę się zbłaźnić ;)
