My brother is becoming a pilot soon and he always had this passion of flying, I still remember, the day I got my i5 5th gen system, he quickly downloaded and installed Flight simulator game. He told me the mechanism are almost same, so one should master it. Have you guys on a course of becoming a pilot have played it too?

KDEN Aircraft Activity Has Long Delays

I've been noticing rather long delays of "Live" traffic movement at KDEN. While watching the flightradar24 displays, and listening to the LiveATC app, there are delays of up to a minute or more on flightradar24 displayed aircraft positions. Additionally, aircraft move backwards and sideways quite often. My internet connection is fast, and there are no other problems on my end. What could be causing this? Thanks.

First Time Feed Issues

Runnings a Windows based machine. Have purchased a USB Antenna...followed all the steps:
1) Ran Zadig 2.3 - Replaced the driver
2) Run FR24.exe, Put in all the details as described in the Manual
3) It appears in in my profile as Available, but says offline?

I have attached some files.
Can anyone help me out?help.txt

Problem creating Pi24 image

Hi,

I'm having problems getting my Pi24 image to boot off my Pi Zero W

I've downloaded Etcher and the latest Pi24 image, written to the 8Gb MicroSD card but it won't boot.

The MicroSD card only shows a drive size of 60Mb FAT and contains only around 20Mb of data

I can't believe the Pi24 image of nearly 1Gb only creates 20Mb, any idea what's going on ?

Hi,

I have just installed and followed all the relevant steps, and I have the following Radar ID: EGBJ79.

However where can I check on the FlightRadar website my feed in status? Additionally, how long does it roughly take to be automatically upgraded to a free business plan? Or do I need to do something. I have tried the FAQ, at it points to the paid for Business Plan.

difference between flightradar24 and radarbox and a few questions

Hi i know its probably been asked before but what's the difference between flightradar24 and radarbox. I have flightradar 24 Gold. Also, I own a Uniden Bearcat ubc125xlt. I know this may seem a stupid question and a few of you might have a titter but is it possible to link it to flightradar 24 so I can listen to aircraft in my local vicinity as soon as I click on the aircraft icon on flightradar. Hope this makes sense to anyone.

Hi, what are the pros for investing in a ADB-S receiver for my computer. I know I can upgrade to business subscription if I data share, but are there any other advantages. If there are a few advantages , I was thinking of building one as cost doesn't seem to be too pricy. What are other peoples thoughts.

I was wondering if there's a way to find out the ICAO code ( or even the callsign ) based on a flight number. I'm interested in some live API, I know a search in flightradar24.com would reveal it. But I need it programatically.

I'm running fr24feed on raspberrypi2.
The feed program crashed multiple times with unknown reason.

Webpage radar from Dump1090 - stock fr24 raspi image

Hi all,
I've installed the FR24 Raspi image and have been feeding data successfully.
But I would like to know how I can log into the feed via my web browser.
A friend has a setup that I would like to duplicate.
http://dump1090.vk6hgr.echidna.id.au/
He tells me I need to open 10.1.x.x:8080 to access this, but I can't get any results.
I've done some reading and it appears I need to add the --net to dump1090, but I'm not sure where to specify this.

Reuse old Radar ID

I've had to reset my receiver and when reconfiguring fr24feed, it got a new radar ID. Can I reuse my old radar ID somehow? The receiver is in the same place.

Hi to all,

I'm newbie, so sorry if my question is not in correct place.

My question is that : can I user Flight24 box information locally too? I mean I just want use Flight24 receiver box to receive some information from flight and use them in my application. How can I do this?

Is there any API to get information from the box?

First of all, thanks for the awesome website and app. Love watching Flightradar24.

Living in Cranfield I see a few business jets and private jets departing which have no data on current database. I wanted to add the registrations for these when I see them but am unable to. The aircraft type is correct and no '+' symbol is available to allow me to further edit aircraft info.

Is this something that can be changed in future updates?
