Why are no flights with the VFR SQUAWK 7000 are at the map?
Hello,
i am flight student and make my license for VFR planes.
Why i don't see any planes with the VFR SQUAWK 7000? Are they filtered, because they are too much planes at the map?
Thanks

Airport name is the same as an airport near by therefore incorrect
Hello
Since I cannot post links, hopefully you can easily find the issue. On the map are two airports that are about 10 miles from each other. The first is "Kansas City International Airport) identified by KMCI. The second one is "Charles B Wheeler Downtown Airport) Identified by KMKC. The issue is that when you click on the map icon marker for either of those airports, they both have the same name of Kansas City International Airport. This is also concurrent when you go to each airports page on the website as they both are listed as Kansas City International Airport.
Hopefully this can get fixed and that is all I wanted to share! Thanks and happy flying.
Edit: Added a screenshot from the map of each airport selected and the name remaining same.

Flight Information box too narrow
Hi, I have the FR24 app on a computer with a 32" screen and a 24" screen. On the 32" screen, the box where the flight and aircraft is displayed is too narrow and some the information on the right hand side is cut off. The information box in the 24" screen is perfect.
Is there a way I can widen the information box on the 32" screen display?

Easyjet flights shouldn't be listed using IATA code
Hi,
I'm sure this has been raised before, but FR24 incorrectly lists Easyjet flights using the 'U2' IATA prefix e.g. U2555.
However Easyjet don't use the U2 code for public-facing systems, they use their ICAO designator EZY.
For example my flight to Newcastle UK is listed on my e-ticket as EZY555, it's on the airport departure board as EZY555 but FR24 can't find that flight because it has it in its system as U2555. This applies to EVERY Easyjet flight.
I know how to work around that, but Average Passenger won't. He'll probably just think that FR24 is broken ( again! ).
Note that these flight codes are different to the ATC callsigns, for which they also use EZY e.g. EZY555 = EZY56WD.

ADS-B Fail?
Hi,
We track aircraft tail number PR-GRH E48FEE at Flight Radar, and it's not showing correctly. It's acft did one flight on 06/19 and Flight radar track it on 03 times.
We already checked the trasnponder and it's okay.
Can you help us about it?
Thanks
Diego

HEY FLIGHTRADAR24 DEVELOPERS!!!!! I've got some ideas!!!
Hey developers, thanks for clicking through, I'm pretty excited that you did. So I've been using FR24 for many years at this point, and have watched the coverage assertions the globe, as well as the quality of the user experience grow exponentially! FR24, without question has the most comprehensive ADS-B coverage available online to the public.
That said, as good customers, paying or otherwise, we never have a shortage features that we will feel compelled to share, right? I've done so in the past a couple times. I suspect that the suggestions I sent in were likely not the first times your team had heard those.
Wouldn't it be cool to have a thread dedicated to recommendations by members? But more so, wouldn't it be cool if FR24 developers told us which improves are currently being developed? I'm not taking into account prudent business practices, so forgives me if that.
So I'll start:
1. Start new thread category for members to post feature recommendations
2. Provide a list of features currently in development allowing for member input
3. I mean this in the misery living way possible, but the Android app team needs to seriously up their game. The stark differences between the FR24 app and the FR24 mobile site are not what I would call acceptable. There app should increase available features and create a higher level user experience, not the other way around.
4. This may be a bridge too far to cross, but I think it would be exceptionally cool out FR24 could collaborate with a company like liveatc.net so a user can watch an aircraft, click a button and listen to the ATC associated with the flight. It would need to be position and altitude based to determine the appropriate feed, and even then it would never be perfect. But still, even just a recommended link in the aircraft flight details which opens a new browser tab would be useful and enhance user experience.
5. I really wish we in the US had the option to turn on VFR 1200 squawking aircraft. Even if that meant a that shit off all the other aircraft, I think it'd be a great option. Also, I only say "in the US" because I'm not certain the 1200 squawk is a thing anywhere else. If I'm wrong, or there is an equivalent which you think should be included, lemme know!!
That's it, anyone else have additional ideas?

Dutch on Flood Watch as Storms Hit Flights, Shipping, Farmland
The Dutch authorities are taking measures to prevent flooding across the country amid storms that have delayed flights, disrupted shipping at Rotterdam and led to evacuations of cattle and livestock.
Most flights at Amsterdams Schiphol airport are being delayed and some have been canceled as high winds limit the number of available runways, according to the airport website. Some ships have been unable to enter or leave Rotterdam, Europes biggest port. People and cattle are being evacuated in the northern province of Groningen after heavy rain raised water levels in the canals that crisscross the low-lying country.
Much rain has fallen in a short time, resulting in very high water levels, the Groningen fire department said on its website today. High winds are limiting the discharge of water from the canals into the sea.
