Some changes were made during the few weeks I was away from FR24. One that I immediately noticed is the 3D view angle after touchdown. Now the ground is automatically tilted up so that we can see only a short distance ahead. In a way, it looks more dramatic and wouldn't be so bad except that it cannot be manually tilted down to suit the viewer's preference. Cockpit view is too shallow to serve as an alternative, at least for me.

My RPI disapeared from my network
Since yesterday my Raspberry Pi suddenly disapeared from my network - it is cabled, and the LED's shows everything is normal, but I am unable to detect it on my network and therefor my client is offline. I have checked the cables, connections etc.

Military Aircraft
Hello All,
Not sure this is in the right forum.....but....
Avid flgiht tracker and scanner listener! Was curious if anyone has a list of military aircraft that FlightRadar24 does pick up? I use ADS-B for most of the military flight tracking but I would like to know if FlightRadar24 does pick up so I can set up alerts. Any info would be awesome! Thanks!!

Problem getting data into ADSBscope
First post regarding data feeding so don't burn me to badly :-)
I'm new to this but have donw ome seaching through topics to try and find the answer but I'm still not getting anywhere.
I have a DVBT dongle on a Windows system that is happily tracking aircraft and uploading to FR24 via the latest version (1.0.19-15) quite happily. What I'd like is to be able to see the aircraft that I am personally tracking. I beleive that there is supposed to be a built in web page but with the --net --net-http-port 8080 arguments i only get a blank page hence trying to get ASDBscope running.
I found a thread detailing a setup but it refuses to display any aircraft. I know that the raw data output from FR24feed for a DVBT dongle should be on port 30002 and I have set this as the RAW data client on ASDBscope but nothing is coming through. I tried running RTL1090 software instead which outputs on 31001 and this works with ASDBscope but obviously i loose my FD24 data feed.
Is there something that I am missing?
Thanks

Feed problems after Windows upgrade
Hi,
We have noticed quite a few feeders have problems with their feeds after installing updates on their PCs. Please note that in this case you need to reinstall drivers from Zadig. This should fix the problem.

"What is becoming of this site if bad info is uploaded and you cannot trust the database or the people that add to it.
Tyke restart your blog people will always steal or copy your info like they do now, myself i do not repost new airliners boeing or airbus they go in my private d/b.
Now after this i have a lot of info to recheck."
Swifty, I am replying in a separate thread in the off-topic section because the mods would have probably removed any reply made there.
People cannot steal or copy what isn't there. That is the underlying reason why I ended it. But regardless, you have 2 blog sites and 2 google sheets at your disposal for Boeing production already so why do you wish for me to restart?
I could restart it tomorrow, but only for a minimum combined contributions/donations of 500 per month up front. Why? Because a) to provide a 5-star quality service with accurate data which has been thoroughly researched and cross-checked before publishing takes time and effort to compile, and b) after the blatant copy and paste aggravation I suffered from one individual with the previous iteration, that's how much I'd want for me to not give a damn what happens to my work once published.
As the likelihood of this ever happening is slim to zero then you're stuck with your 2-star "service," but at least it's free, right? I did consider offering it on a subscription where you would log-in to access the data once you'd subscribed, but all that would happen there is I'd probably get a handful of subs but I can guarantee at least of them would copy and paste the data from the private area into the public domain and to sites like ATDB, Planebase, Puget blog etc, and that's just not cricket.
Unless you can arrange the funding I'd want to restart then I'll leave you to look forward to the CONFIRMED Iran Air B77Ws and the apparently endless stream of SCAT 737-8s.. :D

3d replay
Hello all,
Two questions regarding the 3d viz:
- It does not seem that we can replay flight in 3d ... is there a tool out there that would enable such a replay from the csv or kml file?
- In the 3d view it seems that the attitude of the aircraft varies ... (roll for example) ... it does seem that this is part of the ADS-B data captured. How is it done?
Cheers
Guillaume

Remove offline unused Radar
I've setup a RPi with the RF wizard and everything was registered. Has some issues and after messing around eventually got everything working.
I've originally got a radar ID and then was assigned another one after I got it working.
Under my datasharing I have 2 radar ID's. One is working 100% and the other is the old initial one (Offline and not sent any data)
Is there a way to remove this from my profile?

RSSI Values compressed
I'm not sure this qualifies as a hardware problem TBH but wondered if others are seeing a very limited range of RSSI values on their /dump1090/gmap.html webpage.
I'm using only the software provided in the last week or so by FlightRadar24 for the Raspberry Pi.
Mine only ever covers the range from approx -30.5 to -34 dbFS. This happens with two independent raspberry pi setups and regardless of the aerial in use, the dongle in use (I have four to choose from, one of which is a Flightaware Pro Stick Plus) and is largely independent of the range of the aircraft. I've also played around with gain settings as well as agc on and off, but the only thing that varies is the range and number of aircraft messages decoded.
For example an aircraft around 2 miles away on final approach and which is clearly visible to me as well as to the aerial, might give a reading of -30 or so while those a good bit further away, even up to 150nm, can be anything from say -32 to -34.
I have experimented with aerials including a coaxial colinear and a discone using a good low loss coax for 1090MHz, both of these on the roof of the house and with a very good take-off in all directions.
Next step will be to add a filtered LNA at the antenna end of the feeder although I'm seriously wondering whether even that will make my range of RSSI values appear more sensible.

history of departing flights on specific date at specific airport
I am looking for all departed flights on May 13th from Marseille (MRS)
Is there a way to find them here via FR24?
If not, does anyone have suggestion how to get al list of all scheduled departing flights on May 13th from MRS. Then I can check their historic flightstatus through FR24.
Reason: Ryanair is now claiming that their flight FR6505 was cancelled due to a strike of air traffic controllers. I did depart on May 13th from MRS en so did several other airlines on that day departing and arriving. So a strike seems quit odd to me. I allready findout through FR24 that the same flight was cancelled also a week and two weeks before my scheduled flight.
I was looking at the info of MRS but it only goes back till yesterday. Remarkably I saw a lot of Ryanair and Easyjet flights canceled, while other flight did depart. Has this something to do white their lack of pilots?
Thanks!
